Logline : After being scammed into buying a house that may be haunted, a desperate man tries to get his money back.. but when his former friend refuses to help, he is forced to find a buyer himself. As he speaks to strangers about the house, each conversation reveals something more disturbing about the place, until one unexpected lead sends him deeper into a mystery he may never be able to escape.
